Pst Adeboye & RCCG Members Observed Prayer Walk Across The Nation To Pray For Divine Intervention and Peace

In accordance with the directive of the CAN Chairman that all churches should observe fasting and prayers for God to intervene and restore peace to our dear country, Nigeria, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) under the leadership of Pst E.A. Adeboye observed ”prayer walk” across the nation on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020. General Overseer gave the instruction that all parishes across the nation should observe this walk in their vicinities immediately after the service.

Immediately after the Thanksgiving service at the National Headquarters, Pst Adeboye led the members of the congregation to pray on the streets of Lagos. He was seen carrying a placard with the inscription, ”All Souls Are Precious To God”. and there were also different placards with various inscriptions like, ”Shed No Blood, It Cries to God”, ”It Is Inhumane; Don’t Take Life”, ”We Say No To Terrorism”. According to him, ”If a Christian dies, we lost a brother, and if a Muslim dies, we lost a potential brother”.

He also suggested that the security infrastructure in our nation be overhauled and improved drastically.
