American philosopher, theologian and apologist Dr. William Lane Craig, during a lecture on the resurrection of Jesus shared an experience in a debate with a Skeptic in which the Skeptic offered the weirdest objection to the resurrection of Christ.
Generally, these guys would tell you they do love evidence. However, in the face of such evidence, they are quick to devise ludicrous theories that leave you gasping for breathe.
Reminds of this quote by George MacDonald, “Nothing good comes if the will is wrong and to give truth to him who loves it not is to only give him more multiplied reasons for misinterpretation.”
Nine times out of ten for we humans especially the skeptics, evidence isn’t the problem, but the will to accept it and go wherever it leads.
