Unpaid Salary: Cleric Invites Aregbesola to Challenge God Through Praise
The Coordinator of Born-to-Praise Africa, Lawrence Bamilaw, has advised Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola and members of his cabinet to participate in Osun 24-hour marathon praise to challenge the almighty God for a solution to the financial crisis in the state.
Bamilaw, who is hosting church choirs and gospel ministers in a 24-hour praise concert, said this at a press conference to herald the concert in Osogbo on Monday.
According to the Punch, the gospel artiste said God’s power was unlimited, especially when a group of people engage in praising God wholeheartedly.
He said, “We are using this medium to invite the Osun State Government. If something is going to happen to the state, some key heads in the government must come to praise God and there will be abundance within the next 24 hours after the marathon praise.
“We need humility of participation on the part of the state government. We have not asked any government for anything but we want them to come and praise God and everybody will see the wonders of praise.”
Bamilaw said God required that anyone, who would praise him, must come with humility irrespective of their status, adding that God does not tolerate arrogance from anybody.
