The Royal Ambassadors of Baptist churches under the Lagos West Baptist conference has called on Christian youths to fight against drug abuse in their communities.

The conference president, Rev. Julius Adeniji, gave the admonition over the weekend during the group’s 2018 rally titled, ‘Say no to drug abuse and political thuggery.’

The clergyman challenged the youths present to be role models in their various communities.

“We need to spread the message that true freedom only comes from God and as such, people should desist from these social vices. This year’s theme is apt and well suited for the nation because it comes at a time when the nation is preparing for her next general elections,” he said.

The Royal Ambassadors of Baptist churches consists of boys and young men between the age of 10 and 35 years whose ministry is focused on touching the lives of boys and impacting the eternity of men.
