A man identified as Lateef Mojeed, 26, has been sentenced to three months in prison for stealing a generator alternator from ECWA Church premises in Ibadan.
Magistrate Olajumoke Akande of Iyaganku Magistrates’ court, Ibadan, sentenced Mojeed after he pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy, breaking and entering.
“Although the convict pleaded for leniency, the court will still sentence him to three months imprisonment, with an option to pay N6,000 fine on each count of conspiracy, breaking and entering,” the Magistrate said.
