*Where is your prayer, where is your fire?*
*Scripture* _1 Kings 18:37-38
[37]Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You, the Lord, are God, and have turned their hearts back [to You].
[38]Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice and the wood and the stones and the dust, and also licked up the water that was in the trench._
A new testament believer is an expression of fire. You can’t taste Pentecost and not taste fire. Pentecost introduces us to fire. A true believer is an expression of the fire of God on Earth.
It is an abomination to be a fireless Christian. May I ask you how is your prayer life?. Many Christian don’t pray but they contract out prayers.
The Lord send me this morning to awaken sleeping Christian. How is your prayer life? The fervent and effectual prayer of the righteous avails much. The Lord send me to challenge you to place your prayer on high gear.
Wake up, you have slept too much. You said there is no time to visit upper room(to pray) but you have 3 to 5 hours in a day to attend to your phone and social media.
Come on wake up to pray. When last did you cry to God and fast because you sense lukewarmness in your spirit.
*Cry to God, it is dangerous to be a fireless Christian.*
Ask for fire on your prayer altar.
Prayer: *ho Lord my God, repair my prayer altar today, bring me up the upper room of prayer, set me ablaze for your glory. Awaken the Elijah in me. Ho Lord send fire on my altar, I refuse to be a fireless Christian.*
