The vast crowd of Christians who descended on Mexico City, went out into the city to evangelize for a full day and night, before heading to Azteca Stadium for a massive worship service.
A vast evangelistic event has been held in Mexico City, with a staggering 100,000 keen evangelists attending. The ‘One Million for Jesus’ gathering had one goal: to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. “I’m here because I am a soul-hunter,” Brazilian missionary Eunice DeSanti told CBN News. “And I am here to take people to meet Jesus. Jesus is everything that I have.”
The vast crowd of Christians went out into the city to evangelize for a full day and night, before heading to Azteca Stadium for a massive worship serice. “Azteca Stadium is such a famous stadium and to see all of these leaders together worshipping Jesus, for CBN to be here—our desire as a ministry is always to bring unity to the body of Christ,” said CBN International Vice President Ben Edwards.
DeSanti reveals that her husband died just two months ago, but despite this heartbreak, she wanted to attend the event to help spread the good news of Jesus.
“I had two choices: being at home crying, because my husband passed away, or come and teach about Jesus and preach about Jesus that he’s alive and well,” she explained. “This is a huge event to reach souls for Jesus. This is amazing!”
